How do I sign up?

What payment options do I have?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards or PayPal. We do not accept checks or money orders. If you choose a month-to-month subscription: you will be billed initially on the day you sign up, and then the first of every month until you decide to cancel. If you chose a 6 month or 12 month subscription: you will be charged the full amount upfront. After the 6 or 12 month segment, you will be charged again resepectively, until you'd like to cancel.

What type of glass art comes in a GlassClub box?
It's (sort of) a suprise! Typically, you can expect either a glass pendant or glass marble depending on your preference. Month to month can vary.

How much is a GlassClub subscription?
The GlassClub BASIC Box is $50/mo. and the GlassClub LOVER Box is $70/mo. Our most popular deal is the six month payment plan. Why? When you purchase six months up front it allows us to strategically partner with amazing artists in advance at a great price (plus you save a lot of money)!

What's the difference between a GlassClub Basic Box and a GlassClub Lover Box?
A GlassClub BASIC subscription is $50/mo. and you'll receive 1 glass art piece in each month's box along with an info card on the artist. A GlassClub LOVER subscription is $70/mo. and you'll receive 2 glass art pieces in each month's box along with info cards on all artists included. Pendants come with a necklace string. Shipping is always free.

So, explain more about the GlassClub LOVER Box...
The GlassClub LOVER Box is for people obsessed with glass (like us). Whether you're wanting to grow your glass collection or be exposed to new glass artists from around the world, the LOVER box is for a true glass enthusiast. It's slightly more $ than the GlassClub Box, but you'll receive 2 glass art pieces every month.

What's the difference between a gift and regular subscription?
Gift subscriptions have the option to be renewed or not. Regular subscriptions renew automatically.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the United States (including U.S. military addresses) and Canada. Any assessed duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

How are GlassClub boxes shipped?
USA subscriptions are shipped via USPS. Canadian subscriptions are shipped via Canada Post. Typical delivery times are 2-8 business days for USA addresses and 7-14 business days for Canadian addresses. We make no guarantee of delivery times since local post can differ and customs can delay our packages without warning. The USPS and/or Canada Post is responsible for the final delivery.

Your Account and Subscription

How do I change my address?
You can change your addess in your account login. Once logged in, click the edit button under the SHIPPING ADDRESS section and change your current address. All address changes must be made by the 14th of the month to ensure delivery of that month's box. After changing your address, please double-check in the YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS section on the left side of the login page that your address is correct. If you have any questions or need assistance changing your address please contact our customer service at [email protected]

How do I update my credit card info?
You can update your credit card information in your account login at any time. Once logged in, edit the info under the CREDIT CARD section.

What if my box shows delivered but I can't find it?
We rely on our customers to be able to safely receive their monthly boxes. We are not responsible for replacing boxes that show delivered. We appreciate your understanding.

What if my glass piece(s) arrives broken?
Please email [email protected] with pictures of your broken piece and/or damaged packaging. A refund will not be issued if pictures cannot be provided.

Why was my subscription renewed?
GlassClub is a subscription service that automatically renews every cycle. We want to make sure our members don't miss a single GlassClub Box! We try to make this apparent on the site when you order, but sometimes it gets missed. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Please email [email protected] if you need help adjusting your subscription. We're always happy to help ^_^

What's your Cancellation Policy?
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account login. Once logged in, click the edit button in the YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS field and select the option to cancel (bottom left of the page). If you're just wanting to skip a month or certain months you can easily do this in your customer profile. You'll still maintain your subscription, but can make adjustments based on your personal needs. Simply click the edit button in the YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS field and select the button to "Skip next renewal". Cancellation requests via email or through our support system will be processed during normal business hours; thus, we strongly recommend managing your subscription through your account to avoid any unwanted renewals.

What's your Refund Policy?
Because we purchase glass art based on paid subscribers we cannot give refunds. You can, of course, cancel your subscription whenever you'd like. If you cancel after the 25th of the month (the "Cut-Off", "Cut-Off Date", "Billing Period") as a first time subscriber you will receive one more GlassClub box and none after that. If you cancel after the 15th of the month (the "Auto-Renewal Date" or "Auto-Billing Date") and it's not your first month as a subscriber you will receive one more GlassClub box and none after that. If you pay for a subscription and then decide to cancel before you've received your first shipment, you will still receive the month's box you paid for, but no box will be shipped after that. If you're requesting a refund for a 6 month or 12 month pre-paid subscription plan you will receive a prorated refund minus boxes received at full price. Since we are subscription-based and cenetered around providing a surprise glass piece each month, we cannot always please everyone. Therefore, we do not offer returns, refunds or credits for disliking a box's content. However, we do plan on establishing a glass trading platform within the GlassClub community in the future.

Gift cards are non refundable.
